What this result means

The tool uses the standard volume conversion that one inch of water over one square foot is approximately 0.623 gallons. The result is intentionally labeled as an estimate because a number can be mathematically correct while the input, unit, rule, product, or real-world application is wrong. Keep the entries with the result so another person can reproduce it.
